Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily includes stable adults with low acuity issues, seeking help for mood disorders and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other health professionals.

• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally with specialization in mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
