Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ history of substance use and associated mental health challenges, tailoring interventions to meet individual client needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to effectively guide clients through their recovery process.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical personnel, to guarantee integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Educate and engage clients’ families in the treatment process, providing them resources and tools to effectively support their loved ones on the path to recovery.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance dependency, ranging from alcohol and drug addiction to behavioral addictions. Your role will involve engaging clients from diverse backgrounds, striving to understand their unique stories, and assisting them in overcoming the barriers they face in achieving recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is essential.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices addressing substance abuse and concurrent mental health disorders.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials.
