Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand each client's substance abuse history, mental health challenges, and specific treatment needs, typically using standardized tools and questionnaires.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, addressing both addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions, while regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress.

• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster personal insight and growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
