Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories of substance use and mental health struggles, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively address both substance use disorders and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to engage clients and foster their progress.

• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing them with the tools and understanding necessary to support their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
