Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring a holistic understanding of their challenges.

• Develop personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans which address both addiction and any underlying psychological factors, incorporating input from the client to ensure buy-in.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on individual client needs.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to ensure cohesive care and holistic client support.

• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families, promoting understanding of addiction, recovery processes, and relapse prevention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
