Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment across various presentations of mental health disorders.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including sharing insights and recommendations in regular case consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
