Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ a variety of mental health therapy techniques in the assessment and delivery of services to individuals and families, specifically targeting diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, developing initial discharge plans that support ongoing treatment.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on each patient's tailored treatment plan, ensuring engagement and support throughout their healing journey.

• Design initial treatment plans based on assessment results, revising them as necessary to align with patient progress and additional service needs.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy services provided to each patient in accordance with facility standards, ensuring compliance and quality control.

• Manage and maintain an assigned caseload, actively participating in treatment team meetings to share insights and collaborate with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Sharpman Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sharpman Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
