Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaborate with each client to design individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific experiences, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote client engagement and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies while providing ongoing support during their healing process.

• Track and analyze clients’ progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Deep knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
