As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rydges Counseling Center, you will work in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule while providing critical support to clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and frequency of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, taking into consideration their overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop detailed and individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences, ensuring they receive tailored care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are crucial for effectively addressing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their family members about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, facilitating a supportive atmosphere for recovery.

• Continuously monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey is required for this position.
