Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring tailored approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Deliver both individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes based on established care plans.

• Manage essential administrative tasks, including the meticulous documentation of treatment plans, completion of billing and insurance authorization forms, all within specified time frames.

• Create and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to maintain patient stability through proactive care.

• Develop comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a successful transition for patients returning to everyday life.

• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training and continuing education workshops to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n
