Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine the mental health and substance use needs of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their background and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating client goals and evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing modalities suited to diverse client needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to track client progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage in frequent case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing acute challenges or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
