Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific goals such as coping strategies, behavioral modifications, or relationship improvements.

• Provide a range of therapy options including individual sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices that resonate with diverse populations.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and alignment with their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including but not limited to: \n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing therapy services is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
