Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships through empathy, active listening, and adherence to professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, discuss treatment adjustments, and facilitate timely discharges when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and adherence to state and federal guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine individual client needs and establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Attend individual supervision sessions for continued professional development while engaging in regular reflective practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
