Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients and establishing strong rapport and positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered on client needs and goals.
\n
• Keeping detailed and accurate documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance with licensing and organizational standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment paths.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions each week to support client growth and development.
\n
• Engaging in regular individual supervision for ongoing professional development and support.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
