Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, the Licensed Mental Health Counselor will:

• Maintain a caseload of clients by establishing positive working relationships, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment plans, and address any concerns faced by clients.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and progress.
\n
• Document client interactions meticulously through progress notes and ensure timely updates in our electronic health record system.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to establish a foundation for effective therapeutic intervention.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and ensuring quality care delivery.

Our counseling center serves a wide range of clients, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n
