Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, cultivating positive professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, plan future appointments, and appropriately manage discharge when relevant.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes to ensure compliance and support tracking of therapeutic outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify the specific needs of new clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, aiming for meaningful engagement and commitment to client growth.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your professional skills and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
