Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, identifying challenges and goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate trust-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Sound judgment and commitment to maintaining ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology.
