Key Responsibilities\n

The LMHC will play a critical role in assessing and planning treatment for our clients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. This includes pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensuring the timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to federal and state regulatory standards.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as referenced by our clinical team to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans that enhance client care and engagement.

• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use difficulties, and those with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting.

• Eligibility for licensure by the relevant state board.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
\n
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated listening skills paired with the ability to empathize while providing sound guidance.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
