Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools to formulate individualized treatment plans that meet each client’s specific mental health needs.

• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Facilitate case coordination by collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and support mechanisms for clients experiencing acute distress to ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
