This position is a fully remote role that allows for flexibility in balancing professional and personal commitments. Our teams are equipped with the latest telehealth technologies to facilitate effective client interactions while minimizing paperwork and administrative burdens. You will enjoy the autonomy of working from home, with accessible resources and support from our community health clinic facilities as needed. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, applying evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address issues such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress.

• Utilize proven therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in achieving therapeutic goals.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and coordinate treatment strategies for clients.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health issues and available avenues for support.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health to continually enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
