Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility in work hours and location, though our outpatient office will serve as a support hub. We operate Monday through Saturday, thereby allowing a variety of scheduling preferences to accommodate clinicians' lifestyles. Our in-house credentialing process ensures you can focus on your clients while we handle administrative details such as insurance participation and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized therapeutic modalities, to guide clients through their healing and development.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment progress and update care plans accordingly.

• Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring ethical and timely documentation and maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in case management practices, collaborating with community stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and service delivery for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base ranges from children to adults, and we serve families from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be pivotal in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, while providing a supportive environment for growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of therapeutic cases.

• Ability to commit to working between 10 to 40 hours per week, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.

Preferred Experience\n
