This role is conducted remotely, utilizing telehealth as a primary modality for client interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' aspirations and challenges, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques, tailored to address each client’s unique situation.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions efficiently, ensuring clients receive high-quality support virtually, all while building rapport and trust.

• Respond to crisis situations by offering timely and appropriate interventions when necessary, thereby safeguarding client well-being.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will vary, encompassing adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Our center focuses on fostering a supportive and empowering environment, ensuring that clients feel safe and validated during their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for effective therapy and client rapport.

• Possesses strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a robust caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
