Work Environment\n

The role is set within an outpatient office structure but is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in how and where you work. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a range of mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking to reduce stress and enhance their emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, ensuring personalized mindfulness practices are applied in each case.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises such as meditation and breathing techniques that promote self-reflection and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building methods to enrich client experiences.

• Incorporate mindfulness seamlessly into individual therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health concerns, supporting clients in their journey towards personal growth.

• Collaborate with your peers and healthcare providers to weave mindfulness practices into a holistic treatment approach, amplifying the effectiveness of therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and continuous professional development aimed at refining expertise in mindfulness-based approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in incorporating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions.

• Possession of strong communication skills, fostering a calming and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages client engagement and trust.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methodologies is preferred, however, not mandatory.

• A history of delivering mindfulness and wellness-based programs or workshops would be advantageous.

• Previous work experience within outpatient mental health settings is an asset.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
