Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Conviva Care Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrate empathy and compassion, fostering a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.

• Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
