Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in therapeutic relationships with clients by conducting assessments and collaboratively setting treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver a range of therapy modalities that focus on prevention and intervention for mental health challenges, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to ensure they align with each client's evolving therapeutic needs and objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with other treatment providers and community agencies to coordinate care and enhance client treatment pathways.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to enrich team knowledge and client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health therapy services cater to a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, requiring a compassionate approach to treatment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their journeys towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating practical application of therapeutic techniques.

• Familiarity with community resources and services that support mental health and wellness.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and engage in effective therapeutic dialogue.

• Proven leadership qualities and a desire to collaborate with a team dedicated to improving client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient counseling setting, particularly with virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
