Key Responsibilities\n

• Engaging with clients to establish effective treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.

• Delivering prevention-oriented therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Creating, implementing, and reviewing individualized treatment plans in line with client objectives.

• Coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources to foster comprehensive treatment.

• Completing all required documentation, including session notes, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Managing an active caseload while ensuring consistency in client progress monitoring.

• Participating in scheduled staff meetings to foster an environment of communication and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, each presenting their own unique challenges and backgrounds. Our patient base ranges from children and adolescents to adults seeking support for various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By understanding their individual experiences, you will play a significant role in helping them navigate their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health license (LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW) as a prerequisite for application.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and the ability to leverage them for client benefit.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, vital for building rapport and facilitating therapy.

• Demonstrated capacity to engage with clients empathetically and effectively while guiding them through their therapeutic journey.
