Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's goals and therapy needs.

• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

• Engaging effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to older adults. Our clients present a variety of challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction issues. The ability to establish strong therapeutic alliances and adapt your approach to meet each client’s unique circumstances is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field; a master's level education is strongly preferred.

• A proven track record with at least three years of experience in conducting therapy within a mental health setting.

• Skillful use of evidence-based therapeutic techniques appropriate for various mental health concerns.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, critical for documenting client progress and engaging in articulate dialogue with colleagues.

• A strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining the confidentiality of client information.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience working with addiction recovery is also an asset, as we aim to provide thorough and effective support for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we provide:
