Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving specific client goals and measuring progress regularly.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the distinct needs of each group or individual.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care that honors each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a secure and organized record-keeping system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
