Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering professional relationships to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, address new challenges, and coordinate discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, keeping client goals and well-being at the forefront.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client histories and needs, facilitating tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.

• Proven experience working in an outpatient clinical setting, ideally with a minimum of one year post-graduate experience.

• Proficiency with technology, particularly in using Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and electronic health record software.
