Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention by crafting pre-crisis, crisis response plans, and behavioral guidelines that ensure client safety and promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and treatment modalities.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement support plans that enhance client engagement and behavioral health.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining best practices in mental health care.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service providers, facilitating access to comprehensive support systems for clients.

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and promote our organizational mission within the community.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency in various state meetings and task forces related to mental health.

• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, providing services to individuals struggling with emotional distress, substance dependency, developmental challenges, and those requiring support following acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a requirement to ensure a strong foundation in mental health practice.

• Possession of an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license from the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
