Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on proactive strategies to manage crises and behavioral challenges.

• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory compliance standards to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as suggested by the clinical team to gauge client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

• Collaborate with program teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client engagement and positive outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization’s standards and enhance service delivery.

• Serve as a key liaison among various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to resources for clients.

• Establish and nurture open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals and improve community mental health resources.

• Network with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote and expand service offerings, seeking new funding opportunities and partnerships.

• Continuously pursue professional growth through attending events such as conferences, trainings, and representing the agency at relevant meetings.

• Promote the mission, values, and principles of the agency in all interactions and activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic functions and enhance client care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work with a varied client demographic, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those in recovery from substance abuse, and individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
