Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rocky Meadow Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and scheduling while transitioning clients to discharge as appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and progress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes for each session.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments, gathering essential background information to inform treatment approaches.

• Participating in weekly individual supervision sessions for professional growth and clinical development.

• Collaborating with an integrated care team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure cohesive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on serving youth and their families, addressing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations or substance abuse clients.
