Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and substance abuse issues of clients, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating input from both clients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health records (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and meet compliance standards.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to deliver integrated care and discuss case reviews during treatment planning meetings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
