Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage and support clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish baseline functioning and craft personalized treatment plans with specific goals for each client.

• Document and maintain accurate records, tracking client progress and adapting treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and clinical social workers, to ensure integrated care and holistic support for clients.

• Provide specialized support for individuals with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, tailoring interventions to meet diverse needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling and an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
