Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring professional and ethical practice at all times.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a commitment to tailoring treatment interventions to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow for the development of trust and rapport with clients, essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is required. Experience working within a community health setting and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous but not mandatory.
