Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, ensuring that each individual feels understood and supported through the establishment of professional rapport.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, review treatment plans, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Document client interactions and progress effectively, keeping detailed records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their specific mental health requirements.

• Participate in individual supervision, collaborative case consultations, and ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills.

• Work in partnership with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is serving a diverse outpatient population, including children, families, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with a commitment to maintaining professional credentials.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in mental health counseling.

• Proficient in using technology for client management, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Hands-on experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families with varying mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
