Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and therapy goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote effective coping strategies and personal development.

• Employ teletherapy techniques to provide remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients in need, demonstrating quick decision-making and effective de-escalation techniques.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and trainings to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients, addressing diverse mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role is pivotal in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being through personalized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, displaying empathy, compassion, and an understanding of diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients’ schedules and treatment plans efficiently.

• No past disciplinary actions on license.
