Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress and stability, discussing upcoming appointments and facilitating discharge processes when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on specific needs and goals of clients to ensure measurable outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client to support continuity of care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and develop appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions each week, aiming to facilitate insight and coping strategies for clients dealing with mental health challenges.

• Engage in regular one-on-one supervision sessions to reflect on practice and enhance professional skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to plan and execute integrated treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes diverse individuals from various backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. We deliver culturally sensitive care tailored to the unique experiences of children, adolescents, and adults alike. Your role as an LMHC will involve using therapeutic techniques to promote resilience and recovery while prioritizing client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and telehealth platforms, alongside organizational software such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating cultural competence.
\n
• Ability to conduct intake assessments professionally and empathetically.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will be preferred. Familiarity with integrated care models and teletherapy practices will also be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that prioritize stability in payment. Additional benefits include:
