Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, including pre-crisis and crisis planning.

• Facilitate consultations and provide expertise to the clinical team in creating behavioral guidelines and risk assessments aimed at ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to meet regulatory standards and ensure compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and best practices.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools effectively, collaborating with team members to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to streamline access to comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License to practice in Texas, or willingness to obtain one with financial support provided by the organization.
