Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address the emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans, ensuring consistent progress tracking for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to create comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Engage in regular follow-ups with medical professionals regarding clients admitted to hospitals, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Valid State of Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• Proven experience as a Mental Health Counselor or in a similar therapeutic role, demonstrating effective counseling practices.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate empathy and rapport with clients.

• In-depth knowledge of psychological theories, counseling techniques, and medication interactions as applicable to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Freedom Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and USD 101,000 annually, based on experience and productivity. Additional benefits include:
