Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with patients to accurately identify their mental health concerns, using evidence-based assessment tools and interviews.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, staying informed about the latest developments in these areas.

• Maintain open lines of communication with patients through regular progress check-ins, adapting treatment as necessary based on their feedback and developments in their mental health.

• Foster a warm and engaging therapeutic environment, encouraging clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when required, making necessary referrals to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits\n
