Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose co-occurring disorders and identify each client’s specific treatment needs.

• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals of each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that address a spectrum of issues related to addiction, trauma, and underlying mental health conditions, creating a safe space for sharing and healing.

• Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress throughout their recovery process, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with an integrative team of psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists to create a holistic care plan for each client.

• Educate clients and their families on the principles of mental health, addiction recovery, and coping strategies to promote understanding and support.

• Ensure all client records are maintained with accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
