Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques for individuals and groups.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues, creating a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
