Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and needs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client to track their therapeutic journey effectively.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their therapy needs.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to suit the specific needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision sessions to ensure continuous professional development and reflective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dual diagnoses involving substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
