Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans reflective of each client's unique needs.

• Provide crisis consultation, aiding in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Timely completion of documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as mandated by clinical protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies, working closely with case managers and other healthcare providers.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies and community partners, enhancing service delivery and resource sharing within the community.

• Foster open channels of communication to fulfill contract standards and support the overall mission of Heredia Counseling Center.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify collaborative opportunities and funding sources for program development.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and representing the organization in various forums.

• Promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles into daily practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
