Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, effectively working with individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster emotional growth and recovery.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, adapting these techniques based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic client care, regularly participating in team meetings to discuss case management and coordination.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Thrive, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, developmental issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n
