Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy—to support individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on care plans and enhance overall client treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
