Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis situations, ensuring that clients have robust behavioral guidelines and risk assessments in place.

• Complete all necessary documentation efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance with both state and federal guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care for patients.
\n
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary communication to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Participate in all processes related to licensing and accreditation, ensuring our clinic operates at the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a critical liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and collaboration.
\n
• Foster open communication within the team and the wider community to meet contract standards and further our mission.
\n
• Build relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote programs and explore new partnerships.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at relevant meetings and committees.

• Champion the values, philosophy, and principles of our agency in all interactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operations and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use issues, managing developmental disabilities, or navigating through acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation in counseling practices.

• An active, independent LMHC License issued by the state board, demonstrating eligibility to provide clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
