Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care at our adolescent and young adult outpatient treatment center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions, promoting connection among clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling tailored to client needs, focusing on exploration of thoughts and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who require support for a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually.
