Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, and create personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure seamless treatment for clients.

• Engage clients’ families by providing education and support, helping them to understand the treatment process and encourage their loved ones in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and safeguarding client information.
